- Read and understand the governing documents and follow all rules of the Association
- Maintain your property according to Association standards
- No building, structure, fence, or wall shall be erected or altered prior to approval from the Architectural Control Committee
- Homes will be constructed to protect the environment, nature, wildlife, trails, wetlands, and greenways. Lot owners may not build any improvements in protected wetlands or environmentally sensitive areas.
- Be respectful and honest with your neighbors and the Association board members
- Vote in elections to ensure your voice is heard
- Be a willing volunteer to fill open board member and committee positions
- Make timely payments of assessments
- Request reconsideration if material decisions are made that affect you personally
- Provide updated contact information to ensure you receive essential community information
- Ensure compliance by those who live at your property such as tenants, relatives, and friends
